Order Processing & Build Times
Please note that some of our products are built-to-order. During busy periods, hand-assembly and technical testing can take up to two working days before shipment.
UK Shipping Options
While we utilize "24-Hour" delivery services, please note that couriers do not strictly guarantee next-day delivery. Your order will be dispatched via your selected high-speed method immediately after the build, testing, and packaging process is complete.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is securely packaged and ready for dispatch, you will receive confirmation emails containing full tracking details directly from us and Royal Mail. To ensure you receive these critical updates—including tracking milestones and any applicable international import duty notifications—please double-check that your checkout contact details are accurate, and remember to monitor your email spam folder.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the unlikely event that a package goes missing or is not delivered, we must officially file and resolve an investigation claim with the courier before a resolution can be processed. Once confirmed by the carrier, you will have the complete choice of a full refund or a priority product replacement.
International Taxes, Duties & Customs
Import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We do not collect international VAT at checkout. Please consult your local customs authority to determine any potential additional costs before placing your order.
Buyer Responsibility & Courier Communication
The buyer is solely responsible for paying all import duties or taxes incurred upon arrival. Your local courier will use the contact details provided at checkout to request payment for these fees.
Abandoned or Refused Deliveries
Ignoring or refusing courier payment requests for your local import fees or customs duties will result in the package being returned to us. In these circumstances, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus all original delivery costs and non-refundable payment processing fees. Original shipping fees and payment processing charges will not be refunded under any circumstances for returned items.
Customs Declarations Policy
Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents. Any requests to mark packages as "gifts" or alter invoice values to avoid taxes violate international trade regulations and will result in your order being immediately cancelled.
