Getting started with your SimDash Brows...

To use your ReaperWare SimDash Brows you must already have SimHub downloaded and installed. If you dont have it already please download it HERE and install it.
Although not required, We recommend you purchase a license for SimHub as it's truly an amazing piece of software.

Step 1 - Download required files...

On top of SimHub, You will need just one file... A SimHub Device Definition Profile which also includes an LED profile.

​The device definition profile allows you to easily add a device into SimHub. This includes a default LED profile which you can edit and modify as much as you want.

Step 2 - Importing your device into SimHub...

Once you have downloaded the Device Definition Profile, please extract the file inside and double click it to run it.

You will then be prompted to 'import' the device into SimHub.

This will add your device in SimHub under the 'Devices' tab.

You can add and run as many devices as you like here, even if they are the same device. This includes iFlag's, Brow modules, or VoCore display's.

Step 3 - Connectivity...

• Plug your SimDash into any available USB port. You will hear the Windows USB connect chime.
• If using the SimDash Brow kit, you need to connect the USB cable from your PC into the correct USB port on the left brow module, this is labelled. The right side brow then connects to the left brow with the included USB Type-C to Type-C cable.
• The right side brow cannot function on it's own, it must be connected to the left side brow only.
• If using the standalone SimDash Brow 8 or 16, there is just one USB port and one cable.

• After a short moment when plugged in correctly, you will see your SimDash Brow Kit showing as 'Connected' in SimHub.
• The default built in LED profile should launch and your device should spring into life. There is an idle animation configured within the default LED profile allowing you to easily see if and when your device is correctly configured and connected. There is no need to open your game/sim to test. You can disable this if desired. Click on 'Edit Profile' and toggle off  'When game is not running' to disable the idle animation.
• If you see this idle animation, it should work in game and you should be ready to go! EASY!

Importing another LED profile...

Also...

• The SimDash Brows have a built in SimHub LED profile. You can either chose to just run this or install a third party 8+8 Brow LED profile.
• Our devices are 100% fully compatible with SimHub and any third party 8+8 LED Profile will work.
• Our profiles are updated periodically. You can import updated ReaperWare LED profiles also.
• Click on the 'Import Profile' blue text and then open the downloaded LED profile. Please ensure you have extracted the LED profile from any compressed folder (ZIP, RAR, etc) first as importing the compressed folder directly will not work.
• Once imported, you should see the imported LED profile listed and available to select and run. SimHub remembers the last active profile used and runs them on restart.

• The idle animation on the default ReaperWare LED profile is there primarily so that you can easily see when your device is properly configured when first setting up your device, without having to load up a game to check. You can disable this if desired. Click on 'Edit Profile' and toggle off  'When game is not running' to disable the idle animation.
• Our ReaperWare profile can be edited and expanded to suit your exact needs. Animations, colours, flags, RPM LED's can all be changed. Additional effects can be added or effects can be turned off. To do this click on 'Edit Profile'. Expand 'When game is running' and 'When game is not running' groups, from here you can find all of the effects and make changes as you wish.
• Each added device can have it's own unique and even multiple LED profiles. Multiples of each device can be added as the profile of one device will not effect another.
• ReaperWare profiles will be updated periodically.
