Shipping terms

National UK deliveries...

• UK "24 hour" and "Next Day" delivery services does not guarantee next day delivery. Some of our products have to be built beforehand, this can take up to two days during busy periods. Your order will be sent using these delivery methods once your order has been built and packaged.
• When your order has been packaged and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us containing all of the tracking information you need.
• Please ensure that you supply the correct contact information during checkout in order to receive updates on your order, this includes tracking information and (if applicable) any import duty fee notifications. Check your spam email folders. Emails regarding the progress of your order will be sent from us and our courier service.
• In the unlikely event that any package is not delivered, for any reason, we have to file a case or claim with your chosen courier before refund or replacement is sent. You, the customer will have the choice of refund or replacement.

​International deliveries...

• Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or in any shipping costs paid. We do not collect VAT. Please check with your local authorities on these potential additional costs.
• Buyers are responsible to pay any import duties or taxes that your order may incur. Ensure you provide correct contact details upon checkout as your local courier will use these details to request payment of any due Import duties and taxes. Ignoring these requests and charges from your local courier will simply result in your order being returned after a certain period of time. Under these circumstances your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus delivery costs and payment processing fee's. Delivery costs and payment processing fees' will not be refunded.
• Requests to mark packages as 'gifts' to avoid paying taxes will result in your order being cancelled.

Return policies

• If for any reason you wish to return any purchase, you can do at your own cost for a refund within 30 days (Initial delivery costs and payment processing fees' will not be refunded).
• We are not able to refund any customs charges or import taxes you may have paid.
• Custom items may be non-returnable.
• If your order is returned to us due to non payment of import taxes or duties your order will be cancelled and cost of goods refunded, minus payment processing fees' and all delivery costs. Delivery costs and payment processing fees' will not be refunded.
• If your ReaperWare develops a fault or issue please get in touch using the contact information 'HERE'. Most issues can be resolved without returning your order, however if a return for repair is required due to a hardware related issue we will cover all postage costs.
• When returning goods we advise your to please include a note within the package containing your name and original order number. This will help speed up the repair process and prevent delays.
• When returning goods from outside of the UK, the package must be clearly labelled and customs paperwork filled out as "Returned Goods". This is to ensure we are not paying import taxes and duties to receive back our own manufactured goods. Failure to clearly mark returned packages as "Returned Goods" will result in the package being refused.

Warranty terms

​When you purchase a ReaperWare product, have complete peace of mind that you also have access to 7 days a week support and on point customer service.
It's rare that something goes wrong, but when it does we always aim to resolve any issues as swiftly and painlessly as possible. 
Customer service is as important to us as the quality of our products.

• ​Every ReaperWare product carries a 2 year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.​​
• If your ReaperWare develops a fault or issue please get in touch using the contact information 'HERE'.
• In most cases issues can be resolved without any return, although on the rare occasion that you need to return your ReaperWare for repair due to a suspected hardware issue or any other related fault we will cover all return delivery costs.
• Testing will be carried out upon the receipt of returned goods. If found faulty we will first attempt repair of affected unit(s). If we are unable to repair the affected unit(s) for any reason we will then replace affected unit(s). Repair rates are almost 100% and completed within 24 hours.
• If a returned item cannot be repaired or replaced : due to it being discontinued we will offer an alternative replacement.
• If a returned item cannot be repaired or replaced : due to it being superseded with a newer version we will offer the new version as a replacement.

Due to a few bad actors in the past we have to add additional specific terms and policies, these are listed below.  

• In the event that returned goods show obvious signs of end user damage (damaged/broken/cracked casing, smashed/cracked displays/screens, ripped/torn cables etc) , we have the right to decline repair and/or replacement under warranty. We have the right to charge additional fees' for these repairs where end user damage has occurred. We are not responsible for end users damaging products, either accidentally or deliberately.
• In the event that your order has been delivered but then claimed to be damaged during transit we will request photo evidence so that we can start claims processes with courier/delivery services. We will also organise and pay for return delivery of the entire order in preparation to issue a full refund. Under no circumstances will we refund for damaged item(s) before orders are first returned.
• Under no circumstances will orders be 'part refunded' due to alleged faults, imperfections or any other issues. Your ReaperWare has 2 years warranty and free returns so please use it. We will pay for and organise any return needed in order to carry out repairs and fix any issues, no matter how small. If you are not happy with any purchase then please return it for a full refund. Requests for part refunds before the returns process is complete will be denied.​
