Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Most products are in stock and available for same day dispatch within 24 hours. Some higher end units and larger orders, especially during busy periods, can take up to 2 working days before being dispatched as they need to be built beforehand. Q: Can I collect my order? A: Unfortunately we can no longer accommodate in-person sales and collections. Our workshop has moved to a location without public access. VAT information... We are currently not VAT registered, therefore our prices do not include VAT as no VAT is being charged. Import duties, tax or overseas customs charges are not included in our prices or in any shipping costs paid. Please check with your local authorities on these potential additional costs as they will vary from country to country. |
Q: How will I know when my order is on the way?
A: When your order has been packaged and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us and Royal Mail containing all of the tracking information you need. Ensure you use correct telephone and email contact information in order to receive these updates. Q: Can I order a custom unit? A: Small changes can be made. Please get in touch and we will help as much as we can. Typically there is no extra charge for small changes. We have many different configurable options that can be applied to most units. This includes enclosure and toggle switch cover colours. |
Q: Do your button boxes work on console?
A: Unfortunately not. All of our units are PC compatible only. We have no plans to release any console compatible units at this time. Q: How do I map controls in game? Will your button boxes work with my game/sim? A: All of our units are configured so that they appear in Windows as a USB game controller, completely separate from your Keyboard and other controllers (Wheel, HOTTAS etc). Multiple devices can be used. Controls just need to be mapped in game to buttons/switches of your choice. Any game/sim/software that allows for remappable controls to external USB game controllers will work with any and all of our button boxes. Q: How do I mount ReaperWare button boxes? A: All of our units are have VESA100 compatible mounting points on the rear, these points are M4 threaded. If you have an aluminium profile rig it's easy to find a compatible monitor arm, TV arm, RAM mount etc. Q: How do I mount ReaperWare SimDash DDU's and Displays? A: We offer a universal mount that covers most wheel bases where our DDU's and displays can be mounted on the front with ease. These units also have threaded M4 mounting points on the rear spaced 100mm apart. Q: How long a warranty do I have? A: All ReaperWare products have a 2 years warranty which starts from the recorded date of delivery. This includes clearance or discount items. Q: If I have an issue, what do I do? A: If you have an issue with your ReaperWare or simply need assistance with SimHub or LED profiles please get in touch 'HERE'. Most issues are usually just SimHub or Profile related and easily fixed. In the rare case of a suspected hardware issue we will provide a returns label for you to have your item inspected and repaired under warranty. We know that warranty repairs can be a hassle and a massive inconvenience, which is why we prioritise these returns. We usually get your ReaperWare repaired, repackaged and back in the post within 24 hours or one working day. |
Q: How do I change the LED colour on buttons?
A: Unfortunately our LED backlit buttons are not RGB, they are a fixed colour and cannot be changed in software. We have full RGB devices currently being developed but it will be sometime before this becomes available across the full range. Q: How do your iFlag's work? A: SimHub is required to drive all of our iFlag units. SimHub is a very popular and awesome piece of software that every sim racer should be using. Please see our 'HELP' section for guides on how to setup ReaperWare iFlag's. SimHub reads data from memory when a game is running before processing and then displaying this information. Once SimHub is installed, you can download and import our RGB matrix profiles found 'HERE'. Setup is easy and can be done in just two minutes. Q: How do your SimDash products work? A: SimHub is required to drive all of our SimDash DDU's and USB display's. SimHub is a very popular and awesome piece of software that every sim racer should be using. Please see our 'HELP' section for guides on how to setup ReaperWare SimDash displays. All of our displays are USB driven, additional HDMI or DisplayPort outputs are not needed saving GPU resources and cable clutter. SimHub reads data from memory when a game is running before processing and then displaying this information. Once SimHub is installed, you just need to add a 'Generic VoCore' device and apply a dashboard. |
